Winky — dragonquest

Winky is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.

Characteristics

The Winky is a blue bipedal demon about the size and same basic body shape of an ostrich. It has blue skin, two powerful legs, and two tiny tree like arms with its head being just a single large eye. Its strong legs let it move at incredible speeds even being able to go faster than the human eye can see in short bursts. When a winky enters an enraged state, their eyes turn red and their combat prowess improves considerably.
