Sweet Breath is a recurring breath attack in the Dragon Quest series.
Description
One whiff of this intoxicatingly sweet aroma may put its victims to sleep, rendering them defenceless and unable to act.

Dragon Quest I HD-2D Remake
Only appearing in the game's HD-2D Remake, it is used by Heyedras, Morphean Mushrooms, Umbras, Dragon Zombies, Eyelashers, and Dread Dragons once again.
Dragon Quest II
Debuting as one of the first status inflicting breaths of the series, it is used by Chewlips, Silvapithecuses, Merluscs, Walking corpses, Heyedras, Eyelashers, Batmandrills (In the NES original and HD-2D Remake), and Hargon himself to put the Scions of Erdrick to sleep, as well as Funghouls, Morphean Mushrooms, Canniboxes, Wyrtles, Battering Rams, Firn Fiends, Umbras, Dread Dragons, Dragon Zombies, Metal Chimaeras, King Hydra, Goocumbers, Wild Hog, and Abysmerelda in the HD-2D Remake.
Dragon Quest III
Acting the same from II onwards, it is used by Funghouls, Morphean mushrooms, Canniboxes, Firn fiends, Wyrtles, Battering rams, and Umbras, as well as Dragon zombies, Metal chimaeras, Pandora's Boxes, Dread dragons, and King Hydra in the HD-2D Remake to make Erdrick and his companions fall asleep.
Dragon Quest IV
Acting the same as in previous games, it is used by Hellspawns, Night emperors, Damselflies, Mandragores, Voodoo gooroos, Dragooners, and Psaro in battle, as well as Canniboxes once again. It can also be used by Sparkie to help the Chosen.
Dragon Quest V
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by recruited Small fries at level 5, Drag-goofs at level 6, Powie yowies at level 8, Cross eyes at level 10, and Minidemons at level 13 with recruited Hulagans learning it at 10, recruited Jailcats at level 7 from the DS remake onwards, and Funghouls having it when they are recruited in the remakes. It costs 0 MP to use, and is also used by Funky ferrets, Soulspawns, and Morphean molluscs, as well as Funghouls once again in battle against the enemies of the Order of Zugzwang.
Dragon Quest VI
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by advancing to rank 2 of the Monster Master vocation, and by recruited Lipses at level 10, though only in the SNES version. It costs 0 MP to use once again, and is also used in battle by Mad mollusks, Loathsome leeks, Brimstone bulbs, Kissers, and Wet kissers against enemies.
Dragon Quest VII
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by advancing to rank 3 of the Monster Masher vocation (Rank 2 of the Monster Master vocation once again in the 3DS remake), rank 2 of the Mimic class, rank 5 of the Kingfuchsia class, and rank 6 of the Lips class. It costs 0 MP to use once again, and is used by Quayhorses, Smackers, Mimics, Hexicons, Pandora's boxes, and the Malign vine, as well as Kissers, Wet Kissers, and Canniboxes once again.
Dragon Quest VIII
Only used by monsters from this game onwards, it is used by the Emerald Dragon and Coffers of death in the 3DS remake, as well as Funghouls, Morphean Mushrooms, Kissers, Canniboxes, Night Emperors, Mimics, Soulspawns, Hellspawns, and Pandora's Boxes once again.
Dragon Quest IX
Once again an enemy only skill, it is used by Gramarye gruffons, Gloomy gastropogs, and the Ragin' Contagion, as well as Funghouls, Morphean Mushrooms, Canniboxes, Battering Rams, and Firn Fiends once again, with Psaro once again using this ability from level 10 onwards.
Dragon Quest X
Acting the same as in previous games, it is used by Ghouls, Smogbonnets, Raptiles, Hiptiles, Zaptiles, Li'l whizzers, Canaryanos, Platinumimics, Cottonclouds, Lumberin' Jacks, Remotes, Pink pyro, Cursed Shadow, and Floral Dandy, as well as Loathsome Leeks, Brimstone Bulbs, Canniboxes, Mimics, Pandora's Boxes, Funghouls, Morphean Mushrooms, and Batmandrills once again. (The last of which marks the first time since the monster's debut in the NES version of II)
Dragon Quest XI
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is used by Tentaculars, Professauruses, Mordragon's tail, the Dazey, Psaroid, and Timewyrm's Tail in battle, as well as Funghouls, Morphean Mushrooms, Canniboxes, Chewlips, Kissers, Smogbonnets, Umbras, and Silvapithecuses once again, with Ghouls using it once again when they have gone Vicious.
Dragon Warrior Monsters
Known as SleepAir in this game, it requires the monster to reach level 10 with 70 HP, and 70 INT. It is naturally learned by the AgDevil, DragonKid, FairyDrak, Goategon, ManEater, MadSpirit, Oniono, Toadstool, Tonguella and TreeSlime.
Dragon Warrior Monsters 2
SleepAir now requires 180 Intelligence to learn. It is naturally learned by the Angleron, Devipine, Egdracil, Gulpple, Merman, NoctoKing and TropicGel.

Dragon Quest Tact
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is already learned by Funghouls, Canniboxes, Wyrtles, Firn Fiends, Umbras, Snowbirds, Demon stewards, Pandora's Boxes, Coffers of Death, and Slime snacks when they are recruited and costs 11 MP to use. A scroll of this ability can also be obtained by clearing Stage 7 of Golem's Battle Road story, as well as bought from the Swap Shop for 1000/3000 Legend League Seasons 1, 2, and 3 Medals at the Swap Shop.

Dragon Quest Treasures
Acting the same as in previous appearances once again, it is learned by Umbras and Dread Drackies at level 10, costing 5 MP to use.
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince
Sweet Breath costs 3 MP and possesses a 60% chance to send all enemies to slumber for 2~5 turns. It is learned via the Blowhard, Breath Worker, Charmer, Doomsayer, Graveheart, Hargon, Hottie, Respirator, Sleep Counsellor, Stinker, Sweet-Talker, Swirling Dervish, and Tongue Twister talents.
Dragon Quest Smash/Grow
Acting mostly the same as in previous appearances once again, it is used by Funghouls once again, though it can also damage enemies in range.
