Frogface is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.
Characteristics
Frogface are red-colored frogs with blue swirls covering most of its body and two horns poking up from behind their heads. However, once attacked, they will turn around and reveal the yellow-eyed, blue-tongued face on their backs. If attacked again, they will turn back around to being primarily frogs.

Strategy
Frogfaces are hardly a threat when in normal state. However when attacked, they will turn their backs and their attack power will significantly increase. If attacked again, they will return to their normal state.
Tips to Combat:
- Always have an even number of attacks on the Frogface to reduce the chance of enduring an attack from an empowered Frogface.
- Treat with Low Priority.
