Learned by Scarewolves at level 16, it just damages one enemy without paralysis and costs 20 MP to use. It is also used by Pazuzu and Malroth during the Dragon Quest II event, Jamirus during the Dragon Quest VI event, as well as the Marquis de Leon once again during the Dragon Quest IV event.
