Ultrus (AKA Ultra Slime in DQotS) is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.
Characteristics
Introduced in Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King, it is a giant, crown-wearing blue slime (much like a King slime) although it is so massively fat that its crown appears small. Its moniker is "Ultrus: The Ultimate Slime".

Ultrus always acts twice per turn, can heal himself with Omniheal, and rain hell upon his foes with meteors. These catastrophic comets hit for 80~96 each, and carry the same attribute as Boulder Toss and Stone's Throw.
Ultrus has incredible staying power when he enters the fray, capable of turning the tide of even the most doomed battle. The problem is keeping his components alive long enough to fuse in the first place--yet another example of Yūji Horii's gambling-based philosophy when it comes to game difficulty.
Ultrus is the fusion of three Infamous Monster Slimes called, Smiles, Slime Shady and Tori, known as The Slime Squad, after using their deathmove Supersize Slimey.
