Appearing as one of Monster Tarot's arcane effects, it creates a dark green magic circle that increases damage dealt to enemies by 20% and costs 12 MP to use.
Dragon Quest Heroes II
Learned by Meena at level 7 of her Card Proficiency, it damages marked enemies with a high chance of poisoning them, which lasts for 30 seconds. If used when no enemies are marked, it damages the enemy in front of Meena. It costs 8 MP to use.
Dragon Quest Rivals
Dragon Quest Tact
Learned by Meena at level 31, it acts differently from previous appearances, dealing major physical damage to 1 enemy, while occasionally lowering their ATK, DEF, WIS, and AGL for 3 turns. It costs 90 MP to use, while upgrading the skill reduces MP cost and increases damage dealt.
