Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince

Learned by investing 30 skill points into The Almighty talent, 50 skill points into the Rug Cutter talent, 85 skill points into the Hardliner talent, 100 skill points into the Pyrotechnician talent, and 120 skill points into the Party Monster talent, it deals twice the Frizz damage to all enemies dependent on the user's level. It costs 30 MP to use, and is also used by Calypso kings and Claudio in battle.
